My parents were with this same office going all the way back to the 1970s—and now my kids are policyholders too. That should tell you something! Jim, along with his amazing team including Anna and Jeana have always been incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They pick up the phone quickly, know who you are, and are always ready to assist with any question or concern. In times when we’ve unfortunately had to file claims, State Farm has always been there to support us and make the process as smooth as possible. I had 4 car accidents before turning 17... I am honestly surprised they have stuck with me! It’s rare these days to find service that feels this personal and consistent over decades. I couldn't recommend this office more highly!"
